Does One Yachts Miami prioritize safety and transparency?

Safety and transparency are our top priorities. We comply with all U.S. Coast Guard regulations and maintain clear pricing with no hidden fees.

Can I speak with a yacht rental specialist?

We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and outside of business hours by SMS at (305) 786-1807. You can also contact us via WhatsApp.

What is included in the yacht rental?

Each rental includes Captain, Crew, water mat, marina fee, liability insurance, final cleaning, Bluetooth system, and cooler with complimentary water and ice. All of our yachts are fully equipped to ensure a worry-free experience.

Where do the yachts depart from?

Due to our large inventory of yachts, each yacht departs from a different marina. The departure address for each yacht is clearly indicated on the yacht's listing, and you will also receive confirmation when you proceed with the reservation. This ensures you have all the accurate information about the yacht's departure location before your experience.

How many people can I bring on board?

We offer yachts of various sizes to accommodate different group capacities. We have options for groups of 4, 6, 8, 10, and up to 13 people. If your group is larger, we can arrange for two yachts to sail together and dock side by side in the water, so you can enjoy a magnificent day at sea.

Do you offer water toy rentals?

Yes, we have a variety of water toys available, including seabobs, trampolines, e-foils, electric surfboards, jet skis, and more.

Is the crew's tip included?

Our crew always strives to provide the best service. Therefore, the tip is not included in the final price, but is left at the discretion of the client, with the industry-standard recommended tip being 15-20%. The tip is paid directly to the captain and crew onboard on the same day of the charter.

Do you accept cash?

We operate fully with digital payments, except for bank transfers, ACH, and RTP for charters over $10,000. The booking process is simple: you select the yacht you wish to rent, and we will send you all the details to proceed with the payment directly to your email. If you wish to give an additional tip to the crew, you can do so in cash.

Can you pick us up from a different location than the yacht’s designated departure point?

The standard procedure is to depart and return to the same port (marina/dock) due to Coast Guard regulations. However, for an additional fee, we can arrange a pick-up from your home or a nearby dock. Please check with a yacht rental specialist to see if this option is available for your charter.

What is your cancellation policy?

Yacht rentals are non-refundable, but we offer a one-time rescheduling option. If the rental needs to be canceled due to bad weather or scheduling issues, it can be rescheduled using our "rain voucher" policy, which allows the charter to be rescheduled for another date, valid up to one year from the original booking date (except for holidays).

What do I need to rent a jet ski?

To operate a jet ski in Florida waters, a valid license is required for anyone born after January 1, 1988. You can obtain this license free of charge the same day as the charter, in just a few minutes before boarding the jet ski.
